What is Tipaspaces ?
Tipaspsces is a service that lets property owners rent out their spaces to travelers looking for a place to stay. Travelers can rent a space for multiple people to share, a shared space with private rooms, or the entire property for themselves.

It is an initiative whereby everybody who identifies him / herself as African makes use of any available space in their houses by sharing the space with fellow African brothers and sisters for a token fee, to attract an extra income at this hard times of austerity and inflation.
At TIPASPACES there is a place for everyone, every class and for every pocket size. At Tipaspaces, you can be a Host, a Guest or both. At Tipaspaces, available spaces for rentals can include :
- a well dressed mat on a clean floor
- a well dressed mattress on a clean floor
- a well dressed sofa or sofa bed in the sitting room/parlour
- a well dressed bed where ever it is found in the house
- the whole house ( 1,2, 3, 4, 5 etc bedrooms)Â Â

- Using the empty space in your house to raise income while doing nothing. Tipaspaces does all the work for you.
- The thoughts of finding a place to stay when travelling or visiting another town/city can be very challenging. Tipaspaces helps you save money by helping you to find a space to stay/sleep for as cheap as your pocket can carry you. There is always a place for everyone.
- Once you register as a Host or a Guest, and use the facilities once, you then qualify to own shares in the company ( becoming a shareholder of TIPA GROUP of companies means you will share from the profits made by the TIPA GROUPS Companies every end of year).
